Moving your historic accounting data from KashFlow to a new cloud platform is easy with Movemybooks. All it requires is a FREE Movemybooks login, then simply follow the step-by-step process in our online conversion software.
Setting things up should only take you 10 minutes and all you need to do is keep clicking on the green buttons.
Our software will collect your source data, move it to your new online account, then email you when it’s done – typically within a couple of hours.

Xero and Sage will pay for a migration of up to 2 years of historic data when you switch to their accounting platforms. There is a small charge of £180 + VAT made for moving accounts to QuickBooks. This is our standard Convert 24 service, and gives you all transactions for the current financial year plus the previous year.
