Move with the minimum effort

We recognise that some customers would rather not use our online software and would prefer to have their move done for them. If this is you, learn more about our assisted move service here.

The process

One of our conversion specialists will have a Teams call with you to understand your requirements and get access to your existing data. They will then move your data using our software and let you know when it’s ready for you to use.

What we need from you

During the Teams call, we will ask you to share your computer screen so we can help you to give us access to your existing data. We’ll also request access to the new accounting software that you are moving to.

The cost

We charge £245 + VAT for our assisted move service for a standard migration. Should you wish to add optional extras, these will be charged at the normal rates (see our Pricing page for details).

What to expect from our software

Please note that it is not possible to create an exact replica of all of your data in your new accounting software. Some things will not be converted and some things will look different. (We will share full details with you before we get started.)

Your accounts will still be ready to use in your new accounting software. The balances on your customer, supplier, profit and loss and balance sheet accounts will all be the same and will include your transaction history.

Usually, there will be some tidying-up tasks that you will need to complete in your new software after we have moved your data. (Again, we will share details on this before we get started.)
